"Le Volte" from Tenuta dell’Ornellaia is a red wine made from a meticulous blend of international and indigenous grape varieties. Merlot, Sangiovese, and Cabernet Sauvignon are carefully selected during harvest and vinified separately in small stainless steel vats, undergoing both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. The wine then undergoes aging, partly in used barriques and partly in cement vats, for a period of 10 months.
