Maison Robert Moncuit's Champagne Grand Cru Reserve "Perpetuelle" Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs is the fruit of the savoir-faire of a family, which has been dedicated to viticulture since the late 19th century. The estate covers an area of 15 hectares with a heritage of vines of excellent quality. The cuvée comes from a selection of Chardonnay grapes from the estate's best plots, grown in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, particularly in the communal area of the famous Grand Cru of Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger. The area is characterized by fine soils composed of deep chalk banks, which give the wines a profile of extraordinary finesse and freshness. Grapes from the various vineyards are vinified separately, and after several months of ageing, the final blend is created. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a rest on the lees for at least 36 months before dégorgement.

The refined finesse of the bouquet captivates with its floral scents, citrus notes, aromas of white-fleshed fruit and iodized nuances. Elegant and savoury, it has a ripe and creamy sip, with fruity aromas, hints of bread crust and small pastries, which stretch harmoniously towards a finish of lively freshness.
