It is in fact a range of products in which the key element is aging, which is carried out basically twice. This is also the case for this Oloroso Rum, which comes from a selection of estate Rums already aged for 14 years, which, once cut together, face an additional year of maturation in barrels that once contained Oloroso Sherry. A double aging in practice, which brings the total years of aging to 15, giving this Rum unique nuances and flavors, which accompany a satisfying and full drink.

Abuelo is a production reality that, for each of its labels, has an obligation: to use only the best sugar cane, an indispensable element for the creation of Rums that leave their mark. This is also the case with this Finish Collection Oloroso, a blend of different Rums aged at least 14 years in American oak barrels, which, once blended, age further for 12 months in barrels that contained Sherry Oloroso, owned by the renowned Gonzàlez Byass winery.

Abuelo's signature Finish Collection Oloroso Rum presents itself on visual examination with a decidedly amber color, very intense and deep. Complex and layered scents develop on the nose, dancing between fruity and smoky, also involving citrus and woody nuances. On the palate it is full-bodied, round, energetic, with a mineral sip that elegantly envelops the palate; it closes with a remarkably persistent finish. A label of great refinement, with which the distillery touches important qualitative heights: to be drunk sparingly, sharing it, if possible, with true enthusiasts.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0668/1860/5335/files/8885_81a41f5b-609e-433e-b080-72d4013cc89e.jpg?v=1765386612
