After the grapes are softly pressed, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine matures for 8 months on the lees, half in steel and half in wood. The colour is golden yellow with bright greenish highlights. The nose offers aromas of white flowers, citrus aromas, fragrant fruit, white peach and apricot.
