In particular, the vineyards are located on \u003cstrong\u003ecalcareous-sandy soils of morainic origin\u003c\/strong\u003e at an altitude of 250 metres above sea level, with a south to south-east exposure. Harvesting is carried out entirely by hand in boxes and the bunches are then softly pressed whole using pneumatic presses. Natural cold sedimentation of the must follows, followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The sparkling wine base then matures on the fine lees until drawing, which is carried out in the spring following the harvest according to the Metodo Classico technique. After 30 months of refinement on the lees in the bottle, disgorging and subsequent non-dosage takes place as Brut Nature.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFranciacorta Nature Freccianera Millesimato has a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections and fine effervescence. The\u003cstrong\u003e nose \u003c\/strong\u003eis richly floral, composed of notes of white flowers and candied citrus fruits that meet delicate spicy hints.
