This important investment is in line with the innovative vision of the Piccini family, always careful to invest in both agronomy and oenology, expanding the property, acquiring new estates and modernising equipment, environments and machinery, always with the aim of meeting the expectations of the end consumer.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eChianti Piccini 'Collezione Oro' Riserva is the result of a combination of a solid base of Sangiovese and a small percentage of 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, varieties grown within the Chianti area. After the harvest, the grapes of the two varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel tanks, containers in which the alcoholic fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins. Once the fermentation process is complete, the masses are decanted into wooden barrels of various capacities, \u003cstrong\u003eabout one third of which are oak barriques\u003c\/strong\u003e, containers in which the wine remains to age for 9 months until final bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePiccini's 'Collezione Oro' Chianti Riserva is an intense ruby red colour with garnet highlights.
